Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle and rhythmic form of bodywork that aids in moving lymph through the body, relieving pressure, and enhancing the function of the immune system.
This session is for anyone seeking overall balance or wellness, improve circulation, boost the immune system, increase recovery for athletes, or for those in need of a holistic approach for the following: chronic or acute pain and inflammation, autoimmune issues/diseases, swelling (edema), lymphedema, lipedema, cellulite reduction, surgical procedure (past, recent or upcoming), injury, pregnancy (after 1st trimester), and many other issues that cause discomfort or lowers your body's natural immune response and heal itself.

Self-Care & Relaxation
Have you been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or stuck in unhealthy patterns lately? Or maybe you just want to incorporate massage into your self-care routine!
We all need a place we can go to re-center, relax, and just leave all of our worries behind. If you’re in need of some TLC but also want to unwind tension stored in your body, you’ve come to the right place!
Our body and mind work together. And when they aren’t in alignment, we are left feeling disconnected and in need of balance.
This session is focused on calming your nervous system, and giving you a chance to be realigned and balanced.
Bodywork techniques used may look similar to other massages (may include any of the listed therapeutic massage techniques) but will be with the intention of allowing you to fully relax and come back into balance through gentle, slow and intuitive bodywork.
